1Assistant Registrar (PEC-17) posts 25. The age limit is 35 Years. Required educational qualification is B.Sc. Engineering from HEC recognized institute, with computer literacy. Valid Registration with PEC is mandatory.
Experience of 01 to 02 years is preferable. Knowledge of the PEC Act & Bye-Laws will be considered as additional knowledge.
2Assistant Director (HR) (PEC-17) posts 1. The age limit is 33 Years. Required educational qualification is MPA/MBA/BBA Hons. or equivalent (min. 16 years of education) with specialization Administration / Management / HR from the institute recognized by HEC. A good level of computer literacy and knowledge of general computer applications is mandatory along with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience of 01 to 02 years is desirable. Knowledge of general administrative procedures and processes, PPRA rules, Fleet management, Asset inventory management, and procurement processes is required.
3Assistant Director (Admin) (PEC-17) posts 3 and Age limit is 33 Years. Required educational qualification is MPA/MBA/BBA lions. or equivalent (min. 16 years of education) with specialization Administration / Management / HR from the institute recognized by HEC. A good level of computer literacy and knowledge of general computer applications is mandatory along with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience of 01 to 02 years is desirable. Knowledge of general administrative procedures and processes, PPFtA rules, Fleet management, Asset inventory management, and procurement processes is required. In the case of the Assistant Director (Security & Maintenance), relevant experience is mandatory.
4Public Relation Officer (PEC-17) posts 5 and Age limit is 33 Years. Required educational qualification is: Masters in Journalism or 16 years of similar education 01 to 02 years of relevant experience is desirable in a reputed public/private organization in the field of public relations. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in media interaction is essential.
5Catering Supervisor (PEC-16) posts 1 and Age limit is 32 Years. Required educational qualification is B.B.A./B.Sc. or equivalent qualification with Hotel Management diploma/certificate. A good level of computer literacy and knowledge of general computer applications is mandatory along with MS Office.
Minimum 05 years supervisory experience of Hotel/ Restaurant or related industry reputable organization.
6Maintenance Supervisor (PEC-16) posts 1 and Age limit is 32 Years. Required educational qualification is B.A, B.B.A or Diploma as Associates Engineers in Civil/ Mechanical. A good level of computer literacy and knowledge of general computer applications is mandatory along with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 05 years relevant experience. Competence in civil works job is desirable.
7Junior Executive (PEG-14) posts 23 and Age limit is 30 Years. Required educational qualification is B.A. /B.Sc. or equivalent. A good level of computer literacy and knowledge of general computer applications is mandatory along with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum 05 years of experience in BPS-11/PEC Scale-11 or above in a reputable public/private institution or department in the relevant field.
8HR Assistant (PEC-14) 1 30 years B.B.A./B.Sc. or equivalent / higher education in HR. A good level of computer literacy and knowledge of general computer applications is mandatory along with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 05 years of HR/Admin-related experience in BPS-11/PEC Scale-11 or above in a public/private organization.
9Electrician (PEC-07) posts 1 and Age limit is 35 Years. The required educational qualification is FA/F.Sc or DAE (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent 01 to 02 years of experience is desirable. Practical test exam to determine the technical knowledge and understanding of the technicalities involved.
10Dak Runner (PEC-05) post 1 (KP/FATA Domicile only) and Age limit is 33 Years. Required educational qualification is Matric with valid Driving License (Motor Cycle). 01 to 02 years relevant experience is desirable. Must pass the reading and writing test and basic traffic rules test.
